Hard to believe it has been a year! Still haven't seen all the photos, or processed the experiences. Can one hire someone for that?
India in 10
In the Spring of 2010 I got as close as I'll ever get to a real Honeymoon. We were all very close to the top of the World!
I was invited to "share" a Honeymoon with two sweet charmers from Tucson,
along with mamacitta donna. —In India!

Bagdogra to Darjeeling
A fantasmagoric, Disneyland Ride through West Bengal, but really the beginning of Gorkaland, through the people and the animals up the hills to the most famous of all Raj "Hill Stations."
First Pershumba Sherpa met us and presented each of us with Kata:
Then we are whisked through customs and the sherpas pack the vehicles:
Then it is off into West Bengal, towards Darjeeling …

Introduction
Traveling halfway around the planet to an ancient country and a wellspring of civilization: Three of us had never been there before.
Donna and Nicolle
Donna: "Whooeee! We made it!"
Nicolle: "Been here, done this."
On the terrace of our room on our first morning in India. Despite jetlag after a 15.5-hour flight over the North Pole, we would not be this clean and this rested for over a month.
Out on the balcony of our hotel room in Delhi, David and Nicolle graciously fielded the questions of a pushy interviewer. See the video, Click Here.
The chef and our host explained the combination of north and south Indian foods that we had for our first breakfast in India. This is the beginning of David winning love and admiration all over north India.
